Q: Will you change your price if we find someone cheaper then yourself?
A: We’re afraid not. We already offer as much discount as possible, and when considering the extremely high quality of our service, combined with the highest quality chocolate found in Belgium, we honestly couldn’t go any cheaper.

Q: Do you re-use chocolate?
A: No. All chocolate that is brought to your event will be 100% fresh. We never recycle chocolate from other events as not only does this jeopardize the quality of our service, it also creates a possible, serious health risk.

Q: Do you only do 4 hour attended rentals?
A: 4 hours is our standard rental time. We are more then happy to attend your event for longer, however, this will incur further costs.

Q: Will my event venue allow us to have a Chocolate Fountain?
A: In all our time of serving chocolate, we have never been turned away. We do however ask that you check with the venue as some places may complain about the possible mess issues.

Q: Is your company insured?
A: Yes. We have full public liability insurance.

Q: Does my venue need to supply a table and table cloth?
A: Yes, it is preferred if your venue can take care of this. We are able to bring our own however, we will need prior notice.

Q: How long will the Chocolate Fountain run for?
A: This depends entirely on the package you have ordered. Our standard hire is for a 3 hour time slot. We are more the happy to attend your event for longer however, this will incur further costs.

Q: How long do you need to get the Chocolate Fountain running?
A: Generally, our staff take between 45 minutes, and 1 hour 15 minutes. Again, this depends entirely on the package you have ordered and the amount of guests we are catering for.

Q: Can we supply our own dips?
A: Yes, of course you can! If we supply the dips, you will be charged. If you’re trying to stick to a tight budget, we are more then happy for you to supply your own dips. We do ask that you just check with us to make sure the dips you are providing are suitable for the chocolate fountain.

Q: Will I be subject to a delivery charge?
A: As a Lincolnshire based company, we try to deliver to all our local bookings for FREE. If you are a little "Further A-field", you may be subject to a small delivery fee. You will be informed if this fee effects your total bill.
